You can start a support message here without installing ELM. Include the game's name; this page's title and URL give the team context.
Replies depend on support availability. Never send a password, verification code, recovery phrase, session token or full payment-card details.
Help us reproduce it.
- Your device model, operating system and game version/build.
- The level, scene or mode, and the approximate time it happened.
- What you did, what you expected and what actually happened.
- A relevant screenshot or short recording, with unrelated personal information removed.
Don't reinstall or clear app data to troubleshoot missing saves or purchases before checking with support. Don't pay again to test a missing purchase.
Before you send a message.
Local Practice or Live Eliza?
Local Practice runs on your device. Live Eliza is a separate connected mode and is labelled as such. If the online service is unavailable or at capacity, practice is not silently presented as a live opponent.
Can I resume on another device?
Connected progression belongs to your signed-in ELM account. Use the same account and the Resume Match option in supported builds. A restarted or interrupted server match can be voided rather than counted as a player loss.
Where are purchases and match chat?
They are not enabled in the current development service. Don't send payment details or expect an unfinished purchase or chat control to work. Store products and moderation workflows need separate activation.
An online match won't start.
Note the mode, device, build, approximate time and whether you saw a busy or connection message. An initial Live Eliza connection failure should not count as a win or loss.
Your information.
Support processes the message, contact information and relevant attachments you choose to send. Read the game's privacy information for connected features, retention and your rights. Keep financial references in a private support conversation, not a public post.
