You can start a support message here without installing ELM. Include the game's name; this page's title and URL give the team context.
Replies depend on support availability. Never send a password, verification code, recovery phrase, session token or full payment-card details.
Help us reproduce it.
- Your device model, operating system and game version/build.
- The level, scene or mode, and the approximate time it happened.
- What you did, what you expected and what actually happened.
- A relevant screenshot or short recording, with unrelated personal information removed.
Don't reinstall or clear app data to troubleshoot missing saves or purchases before checking with support. Don't pay again to test a missing purchase.

Can I download it now?
The Unwritten is a development prototype, not a public store release. A release date and store links will appear on the game page when they are confirmed.
What if the online director is busy?
The prototype can continue using its offline director. Online writing and voice depend on service availability; report repeated busy replies with the build and approximate time, without sharing account tokens.
What happens to my saved story?
The prototype supports local saves and optional ELM-linked cloud progress. Use the same account and review any save-conflict choice carefully. Contact support before deleting local saves when diagnosing a problem.
What should I include in a bug report?
The build, device, scene, last action and whether the director was online or offline. Share only the story excerpt or screenshot relevant to the issue, and remove personal information first.

Support processes the message, contact information and relevant attachments you choose to send. Read the game's privacy information for connected features, retention and your rights. Keep financial references in a private support conversation, not a public post.
