Help us reproduce it

  • Your device model and iOS, Android or macOS version.
  • The game version/build and the level or screen.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
  • A screenshot or short recording, if useful. For a purchase, include the product and transaction reference privately.

Never send your password, verification code, recovery phrase or full payment-card details. Keep personal information out of public screenshots.

A few straight answers

Before you start another argument with the eye.

Is this a bug, or part of the puzzle?

Misleading instructions, fake glitches and unusual interface behaviour are part of the game. A crash, a broken purchase, missing progress or controls you cannot use is still worth reporting. Tell us the level and what happened; we won’t assume every problem is intentional.

The app crashed or my progress looks wrong.

Close and reopen the game once, then note the build and steps that led to the issue. Contact us before deleting app data or reinstalling: progress and gameplay memory are stored locally, and deleting them may remove information we need to investigate. Don’t assume signing into ELM automatically backs up all game progress.

I paid, but my purchase or credits haven’t appeared.

Don’t buy the item again just to test it. Tell us the store, product, date and transaction reference privately. Non-consumable extras can use the game’s restore-purchases flow; consumable credit packs are reconciled against their verified purchase, not restored as a reusable entitlement. We’ll need to check the receipt and account involved rather than promise an automatic grant.

Can I play without an ELM account?

Yes. The core puzzles work without an account. ELM sign-in is optional for supported linked features such as using your ELM credit balance. Store prices and available extras depend on your platform and release.

Eliza isn’t replying, or I’m offline.

The game has an offline character and doesn’t need online Eliza for its core puzzles. Online Eliza is an optional director setting, and her additional replies depend on service availability. If it seems broken, include the build, setting and time of the incident when contacting support.

Gameplay memory & privacy

“Watching how you play” means reacting to gameplay inputs and events—not watching you through a camera.

What does the game remember?

The game keeps a local gameplay profile, including choices, attempts, failures, strategies and session dates. It can use that information for callbacks and returning-player greetings. This is gameplay adaptation; it does not mean that a new AI model is trained on every playthrough.

What changes if I enable online features?

The optional Eliza director can receive gameplay events and a compact gameplay summary to produce contextual replies. Optional account features communicate with ELM services. Advertising, where enabled in a release, has its own consent and data disclosures. The game’s privacy information should be read alongside the store disclosures for the build you install. Ask support if you need help understanding a specific feature.

For the full notice covering data use, retention and your rights, read the game’s privacy policy. Store purchase terms also apply to store transactions.
